This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of orders placed on our website for hand-made craft items and scented candles. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your order, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

1.1 Order Status:
You can only cancel your ord
er if it is still in the "Processing" status. Once the order status changes to "Shipped" or "Delivered," the cancellation option is no longer available. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy as mentioned below.

1.2 Made-to-Order Items:
Please note that some of our craft items and scented candles may be made-to-order, meaning they are handcrafted specifically for you upon receiving your order. Cancellation requests for made-to-order items can only be accepted if the production process has not begun. Once the production process has started, the cancellation option may no longer be available.

2. Cancellation Process

2.1 Requesting a Cancellation:

Note: Cancellation will accepted based on the cancellation eligibility.

2.2 Cancellation Confirmation:
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it and notify you of the status of your cancellation as soon as possible. If your cancellation request is approved, we will cancel your order and initiate the refund process.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility:
If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued based on the original payment method used during the order placement. Refunds will be processed after deducting the mandatory processing chargers from the gateway.

3.2 Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and your bank's policies. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.

4. Exceptions

Please note that certain situations may limit our ability to process cancellations or provide full refunds, including:

- Orders that have already been shipped or delivered.
- Made-to-order items that have already entered the production process.
- Personalized or customized items that have already been personalized or customized.
- Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery.
- Orders that have been canceled after the specified cancellation eligibility period.
